As all our property management and maintenance agreements on the Costa del Sol are individually tailored it is impossible to quote a price for you here. However below you will find some examples of prices currently being charged. (Correct as of 1st January 2012).

Fixed charges:-

Key holding: No Charge.

Meet & Greet guests: €15

Emergency callouts: €20 per hour (24 hour service)

Laundry: €10/7Kg load washed and dried.

Ironing: P.O.A.

Window cleaning: P.O.A.

Example 1:-

3 bedroom town house/villa with terrace and small garden: €95.00

Example 2:-

2 bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, kitchen and terrace: €60
